This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes what data the OfferSpace service (the “Service”) processes, for what purpose, and how it is protected. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. What data we process
The Service aims to process the minimum data needed for it to work:
- the technical device/account identifier created by the application;
- your email address and account identifier — if you create an account to sign in to your personal area;
- subscription and payment status data (validity period, chosen plan);
- contact details you provide yourself when contacting support;
- technical data needed for the application to run (application version, device type).
2. Purposes of processing
- providing access to the Service’s features and managing the subscription;
- authentication in your personal area;
- processing payments through a payment partner;
- user support and replies to enquiries;
- improving the operation and stability of the application.
3. Payments
Subscription payments are handled by a third-party payment service. Card details are entered on the payment partner’s side; they are not passed to the Service and are not stored by us.
4. Authentication and analytics services
Google services (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics) are used to sign in to your personal area and to analyse the stability of the application. When they are used, the email address, the account identifier and anonymised technical data are processed.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or pass your personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary for the Service to operate (for example, payment processing and authentication) or where the law requires it.
6. Storage and protection
Data is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this Policy. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and deletion.
7. Your rights
You can request information about the data being processed, its correction or its deletion by contacting support using the details below.
8. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
