Terms of Service
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the OfferSpace online service — the application and the offertube.space website (the “Service”) provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service, including installing the application, registering, paying for services or obtaining access to materials, the User confirms that they have read these Terms in full and accept them in their entirety.
1.3. A User who does not agree with these Terms must stop using the Service.
2. Nature of the services and digital goods
2.1. The Service supplies intangible digital goods and services, including but not limited to: access to features of the application, subscriptions to extended capabilities, VLESS subscriptions and support services.
2.2. The materials and capabilities provided through the Service may include:
- access to content from publicly available sources;
- software belonging to the Administration and/or to third parties;
- curated selections, structured data, connection settings and accompanying instructions.
2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the digital goods and services lies in their organisation, presentation, maintenance, support and updates, and not in the exclusivity of any individual piece of information or content.
2.4. The Service makes no claim and gives no guarantee that any individual element of the materials is unique, exclusive or unavailable outside the Service.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will match the User’s expectations;
- the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional or other outcome;
- uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service;
- the continuous availability of third-party services, resources and content sources.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profit;
- the consequences of how the User applies the materials received;
- acts or omissions of third parties, including owners of third-party services and telecommunications operators;
- temporary technical failures and access restrictions.
3.4. All decisions on how to use the materials, recommendations and services are taken by the User independently and at their own risk.
4. Lawful use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service strictly within applicable law and the rules of third parties.
4.3. Responsibility for the lawfulness of the use of the Service’s materials and services rests entirely with the User.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. All materials placed in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.
5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, pass to third parties or otherwise use the Service’s materials without the rightsholder’s permission.
5.3. Transferring paid access, subscription keys or account credentials to third parties is not permitted.
5.4. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in access to the Service being restricted without compensation.
6. Restriction of access
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict a User’s access to the Service in the event of:
- a breach of these Terms;
- detected abuse;
- requirements of the law or of payment providers.
6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create heightened risk for the Service, for payment providers or for third parties.
7. Payments and refunds
7.1. Services and digital goods are paid for on the terms shown in the Service before payment is made.
7.2. Because the digital goods and services are intangible, money is not refunded once access has been granted, except in the cases set out below.
7.3. A refund is possible only if:
- the service was not delivered due to a technical fault of the Service;
- access to the digital goods was in fact never granted.
7.4. To have a refund considered, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. The Administration decides on each refund individually.
7.6. The User undertakes not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through payment systems without first contacting the Service’s support.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary to operate the Service.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.
8.3. How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Terms
9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms.
9.2. The current version is published in the Service on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
9.3. Continued use of the Service means the User accepts the updated Terms.
10. Contact information
10.1. For any question, the User may contact support:
